JBDA provides FAA certification support for STC and PMA projects as well as one-time Field approvals, i.e. 8110-3 supported 337 forms. Our typical projects can range from simple data approvals to projects requiring coordination among several DERs. Our office is located in Wichita Kansas, and we have a full staff of experienced structural engineers. We have cultivated a strong working relationship with many of the FAA ACOs along with a network of other consulting DER’s with specialties in propulsion, electrical systems, mechanical systems, landing gears, and flight loads.
Our Services
The company possesses a range of structural analysis and design skills ranging from traditional hand analysis to state-of-the-art nonlinear finite element analysis. At JBDA we have the capability to perform static and dynamic analyses using finite element codes such as NASTRAN or LS-DYNA.
